Description

Designed for heavy duty use, the Firenze XXL (Powdercoated) spiral staircase is wholly constructed from premium quality materials
The central cloumn is finished with a high grade epoxy coating making it durable and maintenance free
Additional treads can be ordered separately to increase the total height
Standard rise of the treads 210mm - 230mm
A custom rise is available on request
Available in four diameters : 1700mm, 1800mm, 1900mm and 2000mm
Larger diameters available on request
The attractive universal design can be installed either clockwise or anti-clockwise
The Firenze XXL rotates through 360° with 16 standard treads
The stairwell / available floor space must be at least 50mm larger than the staircase diameter
The standard kit includes the staircase railing with handrail and triangular shaped landing platform
Other forms of the landing platform, such as square shaped, are available on request
The landing platform and treads are made from pressed steel
Powdercoated in the colours white, aluminium grey or black
The handrail is made from hardwearing synthetic compound and has a special finish that complements the finish of the metal parts
The railing spindles (balusters) are made from steel tubing
The Firenze XXL is particularly easy to assemble in comparison to other spiral staircase kits because a lot of the small components are already assembled in the factory to save you time on site
This spiral staircase is great as access to a mezzanine floor or interior balcony / landing
The optional balustrade shown in the photo can be ordered as a separate accessory
