A premium quality indoor space-saving staircase kit with metal treads
The alternating tread design allows the staircase to fit into a much smaller space than a conventional staircase, making it ideal for loft conversions where access is limited
Available as straight flight
The standard staircase is suitable for floor-to-floor heights of 2310-2760mm
Additional treads can be ordered to increase the total height to a maximum of 3450mm
The stair width is 640mm
Minimum size of the stairwell opening is 1300mm x 700mm
The 3mm pressed steel treads are powdercoated in the 4 standard colours: white aluminium grey, bronze (dark grey) and black
The staircase structure and 20mm balusters are also made from steel and are powder coated in the same colours
There is a wide range of useful accessories that include matching landing balustrade and strengthening components
Please bear in mind that the staircase must positioned alongside a load bearing wall so that it can be bracketed to the wall
The staircase cannot be used without support from a wall
The Torino staircase kit can easily be assembled by any competent person with DIY experience
We recommend customers consult their building control office prior to installing any staircase to check that it fully meets their requirements
